The campsite is the perfect way to enjoy the full weekend experience, with plenty of space for tents and campervans.

The campsite offers a complete set of facilities, including flush toilets, showers, washing up and drinking water points

 

Campfires and BBQs
Campfires/BBQs must be raised off the ground. The campsite hire out directly half drum firepits at £15 which comes with a bag of logs, kindling and firelighters. Additional logs can then be purchased from directly from ACP at £9 a bag.

Shepard's Hut

Payment will be made directly to Alfriston Camping Park.

​Alfriston Camping Park Bell Tents are 5m in diameter and come with a zipped in ground sheet, four port windows and have homemade bunting and wooden numbered signed outside. A double camping bed will be supplied as standard. If you require two single beds please add this in the notes section of your booking.
Please note that a £50 deposit is required from the hirer.
The amount of £50 will be refunded once the Bell Tents have been checked and left in the same condition as they were found.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By making a booking with Alfriston Camping Park Bell Tent Packages (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“the Guest” and your party) enter a binding contract subject to these Terms & Conditions. Reference to “you” or “your” includes all persons in your booking party.

1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENT

A booking is confirmed once we have provided a booking confirmation and you have paid the required deposit or full payment as specified at time of booking.

Full balance is due by the date stated in your confirmation. If full payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and treat it as a cancellation by you.

Prices quoted are correct at time of booking but may be subject to change in respect of taxes or duties or changes in legislation.

2. CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT

Cancelling your booking or reducing the number of units/guests may incur charges.

If you cancel, the deposit may be forfeited. Further cancellation charges may apply as stated in your booking confirmation. It is recommended that you take out appropriate travel insurance.

We reserve the right to amend or cancel your booking if the site, tents, cabins or facilities become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control (for example extreme weather, vandalism or road closures). In such cases we will offer an alternative date where possible or a refund of sums paid (but no further compensation).

3. GUESTS & RESTRICTIONS

Accommodation is strictly for families and couples only. No hen parties, stag parties, all-male groups or large group parties are permitted unless specifically approved in writing.

The number of guests staying in the unit cannot exceed the number stated on your booking. Additional guests may be allowed only if agreed in advance and extra charges apply.

You are responsible for the behaviour of all members of your party and your visitors. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if the behaviour of your party causes disruption, poses a safety risk or breaches these Terms.

4. CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT & ACCESS

Early Thursday checkin from 4pm - note there is no entertainment on

Friday checkin from 10am, depart Monday 11am

Late arrivals may require prior notification; failure to arrive may result in cancellation and forfeiture of payment.

On arrival you must present your booking reference. We may refuse entry if you do not comply with the Terms or site rules.

5. FACILITIES, TENTS & CABINS

The site includes bell tents and cabins as specified on our website. 

Shared site facilities such as toilets, showers, kitchenette, washing-up area, picnic benches are provided.

Fires are permitted in designated BBQs or fire pits only. Open flames, fireworks, Chinese lanterns and other naked flames are not permitted.

You must leave the accommodation and site area in a clean, tidy condition. We may charge additionally for excess cleaning or damage.

6. NO SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted inside any accommodation unit. Evidence of smoking may lead to termination of the booking and loss of any paid sums.

Use of pets/dogs is permitted only if clearly stated on the booking and subject to prior approval. Any damage, disturbance or failure to clear up may result in additional fees.

7. SAFETY, BEHAVIOUR & ENVIRONMENT

You must ensure that all members of your party abide by site safety rules, including around fire pits, BBQs, decking and play areas. Children must be supervised at all times.

Excessive noise, amplified music or any anti-social behaviour is not permitted. Quiet hours may apply (e.g., from 23:00 to 08:00) and we reserve the right to remove disruptive parties without refund.

You accept that staying in a glamping setting means you are in a natural environment with inherent risks (weather, uneven surfaces, wildlife). You are responsible for your own safety and prepared clothing and footwear.

8. LIABILITY

We endeavour to supply our services with reasonable skill and care, but we will not be liable for loss, damage or injury unless caused by our negligence.

Your personal belongings, vehicles and equipment are at your own risk. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to any facilities.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

9. DATA & PRIVACY

Your data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking you consent to our collection and processing of personal data for the purposes of your booking, stay and any legal requirement.

10. SITE RULES & RIGHT OF ENTRY

We reserve the right to enter any accommodation unit at reasonable times for inspection, maintenance or safety reasons.

We reserve the right to amend or refuse bookings or access if site rules are breached or we deem the booking unsuitable for our family-friendly setting.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your booking will apply.
