1. Ticket Purchase & Redemption
1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to purchase tickets.
1.2 Payment: All ticket purchases are processed securely. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by Sussex Faerie Festival, and may not be resold for profit.
1.3 Delivery: E-tickets will be sent via email. You must present your e-ticket (digital or printed) at the event entrance.
2. Refunds & Exchanges
2.1 No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, except in the event of cancellation as outlined below.
2.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement: If the Festival is cancelled, you may choose a full refund or a voucher toward next year’s event. If postponed, your existing ticket will be valid for the new dates.
3. Event Code of Conduct
3.1 Respect & Safety: All attendees agree to treat staff, performers, vendors, and fellow guests with respect. Harassment, hate speech, or violence will result in ejection without refund.
3.2 Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, and professional recording equipment are not permitted. Sussex Faerie Festival reserves the right to search bags and person.
4. Health & Accessibility
4.1 Health Advisories: Attendees assume responsibility for their own health and well-being. Follow all posted safety guidelines onsite.
4.2 Accessibility: Reasonable accommodations are available—contact us at SussexFairyFestival@gmail.com at least 30 days prior.
5. Media & Photography Policy
5.1 Official Coverage: Sussex Faerie Festival and our approved media partners may photograph, film, and record attendees during the event for promotional and archival use.
5.2 Attendee Consent: By entering the Festival grounds, you grant Faerie Festival and its licensees a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use your likeness in any media, without compensation.
5.3 Unauthorized Recording: Personal photography and filming for private use is allowed in public areas. However, the following are prohibited without prior written consent:
Recording or streaming live performances
Drone photography or videography
Professional broadcast or commercial media use
5.4 Media Credentials: Journalists, bloggers, and influencers must apply in advance for media credentials. Unauthorized professional media activity may result in confiscation of equipment and ejection.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
6.1 Assumption of Risk: Attendance is at your own risk. Sussex Faerie Festival and its affiliates are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property.
6.2 Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, acts of nature, government actions).
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process personal data (e.g., name, email) solely to facilitate ticketing and communicate Festival updates.
8. Amendments
8.1 Sussex Faerie Festival reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect upon publication.
8.2 The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme due to unforeseen circumstances.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, including our Media & Photography Policy.
