🍄Festival Venue

Our festival venue features several spacious, flat camping fields, ensuring plenty of room for tents and campers. On-site facilities include clean toilets and hot showers for your comfort.

 

All live music and performances will take place inside our large music tent, creating a great atmosphere regardless of the weather. We also have dedicated workshop tents offering activities for both adults and children.

 

As always, well-behaved dogs are welcome at the festival!

Are day passes available?
Yes! Day passes are available at the following prices:

  • Adult 18+ £20

  • 0-5 free

  • Child (6-12) £5

  • Youth (13-17) £10 
    Tickets and passes can be purchased online.  

 

What ages qualify for children's tickets?
Children’s tickets apply to ages 6-12.

Children from 5 under can enter for free with proof of age.

Where Your Ticket Money Goes

As a non-profit festival, every penny from your ticket goes directly into making the event possible. Your contribution helps cover essential costs such as:

  • Booking the venue

  • Setting up infrastructure

  • Providing entertainment

  • Securing permits
    And everything else that keeps the festival running smoothly

 

🍄Arrival & Opening Times

What are the festival’s opening times?

  • Thursday pass holders may arrive from 4:00 PM.

  • Day, two-day, and three-day ticket holders may arrive from 10:00 AM, depending on ticket type.

  • Entertainment runs daily until 10:30 PM.

  • All visitors must leave the site by 11:00 am on Monday.

 

Can I leave the site and return later?
Yes! If you’ve booked a hotel or need to step away, you’re welcome to leave and return anytime during the festival.

Is the festival accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes! The festival is designed to be inclusive. Accessibility features include:

  • Convenient parking near the main area

  • A free carer pass for adults (16+) requiring assistance

  • A disabled-access toilet in the main arena

  • Further accessibility improvements are in progress

 

How do I apply for a free carer pass?
Purchase a standard ticket for yourself and bring one of the following to the gate:

  • Front page of DLA / PIP

  • Attendance Allowance letter

  • Proof of severe sight impairment

  • Recognised Assistance Dog ID card

  • CredAbility Access Card

What time does the live music end?
All performances end by 10:30 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

 

What if it rains?
We’ve got you covered—literally!

  • A large marquee hosts all stage entertainment

  • A workshop marquee ensures activities can continue

  • Stalls have their own shelter

 

Can I attend the festival alone?
Absolutely! Many festival-goers come solo and find it a welcoming place to make new friends.

What facilities are available on-site?

  • Clean drinking water

  • Regularly cleaned toilets & hot showers

  • Large washing-up area and chemical toilet emptying point 

 

Can I bring a sleep-in vehicle or caravan?
Yes! You’ll need to purchase a sleep-in vehicle pass from the tickets page.

 

Can I have a BBQ or light fires?
Yes, all campfires/BBQs must be raised off the ground. The campsite hire out directly half drum firepits at £15 which comes with a bag of logs, kindling and firelighters. Additional logs can then be purchased from directly from ACP at £9 a bag.

 

Can I bring a generator?
No. Personal generators are not allowed to reduce noise. However, we offer a limited number of electrical hook-up points for hire. Please contact us for details.

 

Is there electrical access for visitors?
Yes—hook-up points are available for hire in limited numbers. Contact us for availability.

 

ATM / Cash Access
The nearest ATMs are located in Berwick Post Office, Polegate, or Seaford.
We recommend bringing cash for the weekend. As the venue is in a valley please note the site has poor mobile phone signal.

 

🍄Food & Drink

Will there be food available?
Yes! A variety of food stalls will be available, catering to most dietary needs.

 

Is alcohol allowed at the festival?
Yes, alcohol is permitted. There will be a festival bar on-site.
 

Please drink responsibly—this is a family-friendly event.

 

🍄General Rules

  • Be respectful—this is a friendly and inclusive event!

  • Follow safety instructions from staff and security.

  • Keep the site clean—use bins and recycle when possible.

  • Supervise children at all times.

  • Be mindful of noise levels, especially at night

  • No personal generators

  • Wristbands must be worn for the duration of your stay 

 

Alcohol & Drugs

  • Alcohol is allowed, but excessive drinking is discouraged

  • No illegal substances—zero-tolerance policy

 

Pets

  • Dogs must be on a lead at all times

  • Owners must clean up after their pets (bins provided)

 

Leaving & Re-entry

  • You may leave and re-enter the site at any time with a valid ticket

  • All visitors must leave by 11:00 AM on Monday
